Bishop’s Creek Family Housing
Located on the corner of North 32nd Street and West Hampton Avenue in Milwaukee, is part of a seven acre site that previously housed an abandoned tannery. Today, Bishop’s Creek Family Housing is the anchor building for the revitalization in the neighborhood and provides 55 apartments with on-site family services for families and children.
Sherman Park Commons
This Senior Living Community is a development located in the center of the Milwaukee Sherman Park Neighborhood. Gorman & Company, Inc. collaborated with the Sherman Park Neighborhood Association and the Milwaukee Department of City Development to provide 68 units of senior housing. This development saves an historic neighborhood school (Jackie Robinson Middle School) and provides a much needed catalyst for the Sherman Park neighborhood to maintain its forward momentum.
Conceptual Illustrations
These are some conceptual illustrations that student interns have come up with for different areas in The Corridor. These renderings really do a great job showing the potential that exists in The Corridor.
NOTE: These are NOT development plans, these are CONCEPTUAL illustrations, there are NO active redevelopment plans for the areas shown in the drawings.
